003 "Your Cross" Cropped Flannel Short Sleeve Cream - L

My Goal for this piece was to blend streetwear, fashion, and faith. I wanted to make a piece that was fire regardless if you follow God or not. Jesus is cool and Christian streetwear doesn’t have to be corny. Jesus is cool. So why can’t Jesus clothing be cool too?

Each Flannel is Hand Crafted with Love and Care, with Intenionality and uniqueness. This is an Upcycled Slow Fashion Dress Shirt. Made from some used denim and a thrifted flannel. No manufacture, no cheap materials, and not made in China. Each piece from this drop is numbered 1-8.

“Your Cross” is straight out of the Book of Matthew. In Chapter 16, Verse 24 says, “Then Jesus told his disciples, ‘whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.’” In order to take up their Cross, they must deny themselves. This shirt depics denying yourself and picking up your cross daily. There is a difference between wearing a cross on your back, and wearing a cross on your neck.
